Judging Criteria

  • Presentation
You will be asked to present the project in front of a small and large group. Presentation thoroughness and execution will be considered.
  • Innovation
A winning criteria for a project is to show the most innovative idea. Something conceptually new or interesting.
  • Most likely to improve Wayfair
Projects do not have to be Wayfair-specific, but we will consider each project in terms of how applicable it is to Wayfair's engineering needs.
  • Most likely to help the world
We will look at projects as a whole and consider how useful they might be to engineers in any field.
